It allows you to contact us regarding our air navigation management and control services. Fields marked as mandatory must be completed and are based on our legal and contractual obligations, in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR. The recipients of these data are our airport management department and our subcontractors as part of their hosting mission. The data come from the entry in the dedicated fields of the form by the person wishing to submit a flight notice to Aéroport International du Castellet. The data collected are as follows: surname, first name, title, company name, telephone number, email address, flight information, crew information, departure and arrival information. We assure you that no automated decision-making is based on this collection. The data are not transferred outside the European Union. 7. REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The quotation request form is a processing of personal data under the responsibility of Aéroport International du Castellet. It allows you to interact with us regarding the quotation request initiated by you. Fields marked as “mandatory” must be completed so that we can respond to your request and are based on the legal basis of the pre-contractual obligation, in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR. The recipients of these data are our airport sales department as part of their hosting mission. The quotation request form allows our sales department to respond to your request or to forward it to the competent department. The data come from the entry by the person wishing to request a quotation from Aéroport International du Castellet in the dedicated fields of the form. The data collected are as follows: surname, first name, title, company name, telephone number, email address, flight information, fuel information, the content of the requested services and the existence of a promotion code.
